Just like any physical exercise or sport, it’s best if you warm your body up before exerting yourself. Warming up is a great help to your overall playing and comfort. This course is made to help us warm up before we play our buckets.
The course has 4 warm ups but these will be added to as you go along.
At first you need to learn the patterns. It’s best you memorise them so you don’t have to have your nose stuck in the chart or watching a video. Once you have learn these Warm Ups choose a song that you like to listen to and play along using the warm ups. If you can play through the whole song that will be plenty. Try to change each time you warm up so you don’t get bored. Also you can choose any song with any speed.
One of the songs we like to use is “Billie Jean” by Micheal Jackson. It’s a good mid tempo song that is fun to play along to for these Warm Ups. But any song will do.
